Awesome Experiences is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ''The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992'' all passengers booking with Awesome Experience are fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form. The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Awesome Experiences. This insurance has been arranged with Protected Trust Services Limited (registered address 307-315 Holdenhurst Road Bournemouth Dorset BH8 8BX, company registration: 06181223, authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority registration number 795079).
In the highly unlikely event of insolvency, you must inform Protected Trust Services Limited immediately on +44 207 190 9988, or via PTS' Consumer Protection website. Please ensure you retain this booking confirmation form as evidence of cover and value. Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond.
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays (excluding international flights which are your own responsibility) on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Our ATOL number is ATOL 11397. Since Awesome Experiences do not sell the flights to and from the experiences, Awesome Experiences ATOL protection only covers the flights that are offered by Awesome Experiences as part of their tour and NOT the international flights which you, the customer, purchase separately. While it is normal for flights booked from the UK to be ATOL protected by the airline, you, the customer, are responsible for checking that your international flights are ATOL protected when you book them.
