How can I let AX and your local partners know about any allergies, dietary requirements and/or special diets (e.g.vegan) me or my group have?

How will I get my tickets/documents?
Between approximately seven to 14 days before departure, you will receive an email with all the documentation you will need before you set off. This will include a full itinerary and any relevant e-tickets for your accommodation, activities, transfers, or any other elements you have booked with us. Some important documents for use in-country will be provided on arrival or retained by our overseas representatives during the course of your experience (e.g. tickets for events, transport).

Do I need travel insurance?
You are responsible for taking out adequate travel insurance to cover all the activities you will be undertaking during your experience. See our Travel Insurance page.

Are there any medicine or vaccination requirements?
Please check with your GP or travel clinic on whether vaccinations are required or recommended for your destination(s). Some vaccinations are available through the NHS, whilst others may have a cost attached. Please see the link for further information.

Will I need special equipment (e.g. hiking boots)?
If the trip requires you to bring specialist clothing or equipment, it will be mentioned in the Full Itinerary. Often, your guide on the ground will provide equipment related to activities included in your trip.
