Can I make a change to my booking once it is confirmed?

We will endeavour to make any requested changes to a booking after a Booking Confirmation has been issued, for a reasonable admin fee. Please note this may not always be possible and changes may incur an additional charge on top of the admin fee. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for more information.

Can I change my itinerary before or during my trip?

Please contact us before booking to discuss any possible changes to an itinerary, so that we can discuss options or alternative activities. We will do our best to assist with any special requests, but we specialise in ready made itineraries that have been carefully crafted to include the very best of each destination, rather than creating individual bespoke journeys. We do offer a tailor made service for customers who have very specific requirements (see the Tailored section of our website). Once you have set off, our ability to make alterations will depend on each individual request. As most of our experiences are for private groups, there may be some flexibility but this will be at your guide’s discretion. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as result of your choice to deviate from the set itinerary.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you want to cancel your booking you should notify us via email and then follow up in writing as soon as possible. There is usually a cost involved: the amount will depend on how long before departure you request cancellation. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
