Can I fly into/out of a different airport than the one in the Full Itinerary?

We recommend that you fly into and out of the airports detailed in the Full Itinerary, as your transfers will be arranged on this basis. Any deviation may incur additional costs. Please contact us before making bookings to alternative airports, in order to check the feasibility and any additional charges. If you do decide to book different airports to the ones stipulated, please make this clear when informing us of your flight details.

How do I inform you of my flight details once I have booked?

Please email us with details of the carrier, flight (or train) number, arrival airport (or station), arrival date and local time at operations@awesomeexperiences.com so that we can arrange to greet you upon arrival. This information should be sent to us no later than 14 days before departure (or as soon as possible for a last minute booking). Please ensure that you also include your Awesome Experiences booking reference, the lead name on the booking and the number of confirmed travellers.

Can I book my flights through you and will you book any flights for me?

We do not currently provide a booking service for flights to/from the UK, other than through a special request on our Tailored Experiences page. Once you have received a confirmation email from us regarding your Awesome Experience, you are responsible for booking the relevant international return flights: we recommend doing this as soon as possible. You’ll find suggested arrival and departure times in the Summary or Full Itinerary section of each experience.
Any flights between destinations during your trip will be arranged by us. We securely send your APIS information to our Local Partner and they make the booking(s) for you directly with the airline. APIS information includes your name (as it appears in your passport), gender, nationality, passport number, expiry date, country of residence and passport country of issue.
